Initial Reponse to Great Gasby
The Great Gasby took me a couple chapters to get into. Initially the story started off slow, but then it picked up. I like how mysterious Gatsby appears in the story, it intrigues the reader to stay interested in the book. I also enjoyed the wide variety of characters, from Jordan and Myrtle, to Tom and Daisy. There is a wide array of personalitites and relationships between them which also kept me interested. Hopefully, the book will pick up as Gatsby reveals more about himself and his unusual actions

Tim, the first few chapters are generally background information so it tends to be a little dry. However, give it time and you will definiely be pulled into all of the drama.
